I see chronic bumps surrounded by my genital nouns, what does it aim? please read below?

I always return with this bump on my skin near my genital nouns, nothing on my *** or ball but close to it, all it is, is raise skin, no wierd and bad looking rash, what could it be?I see chronic bumps surrounded by my genital nouns, what does it aim? please read below?
It's probably an ingrown hair...I wouldn't verbs about it too much as long as it's not on your *** or testicles.
put together an appointment for STD testing. other use a condom.
there is no path to answer that without seeing the "bump". Ask your doctor.
