If you hold a blood clot can you enlighten from a short time ago looking at your skin?
From what I know - you can't, unless the clot is near the surface vessles. But the clot could be anywhere even wide inside your body but if it still allow a resaonable amount of blood flow then in attendance probably won't be any signs.

No. An ultrasound is required to let somebody know whether or not a clot is present.
