hx = history
dx = diagnosis
rx = treatment
/c = with
s/ = in need
stat + at once
-) = tougue in cheek
asap = as soon as possible
px = prognosis
would any of them work? NOTE: -) be tried on use.net within the early 70s, but never caught on. But conceivably it would now.I would close to to propose a few abbreviation for the Internet. Do you resembling any of them?

looks resembling somebody took a medical terminology course... But most of these are already really adjectives. What else you got?
1st of adjectives, w/ is already with, and second of adjectives asap is already there, and third of adjectives, all the rest of them pretty much suck too
I don't similar to any of them. As it is I don't understand some of the ones, that are human being used. Like bff .

Slimthing added some perfect ones, but Tx for treatment is better, without should be /s. Only one next to some medical knowledge would know how to understand these, unless you really needed to teach adjectives those non medical people what they tight-fisted.the newbies still wouldn't know what they are.
