Ideas & proposal please?

Last year my husband had a stroke & gratitude to paramedics who treated him within minutes of phoning an ambulance they averted what be the onset of a really desperate stroke to one a little smaller amount severe. Now that he is up & about getting on next to things he would like to do a sponsored event on behalf of the stroke assoc. & muscular dystrophy which my dad have.Does anyone have any thinking what he could do. I've talked him out of a wing totter coz he's terrified of height, now he say he'd like to wander hadrians wall from one end to the other. probably a tad ambitious from my point of view ( he's 61) I would appreciate any direction or ideas. I hope that when I manage his age I have like energy he seem to have .Ideas & proposal please?
dutiful on him.encourage him near the walk on Hadrians Wall
but dance with him and label sure he does not overtax himself good to see hes not lying down to and accepting his robustness problem, best thing is to come to blows it ,and thats what he will be doing by walking Hadrians Wall good luck to him and best wishes.and run life easier, theres other tomorrow.ps im 60 with osteo-arthritis,angina,and hardened arteris, but do adjectives i can myself,to prevent health from getting worse.
