try a bike
Go to the doc and find out what is causing the swelling. Something is wrong and you have need of to see a doc ASAP. Swollen feet finances you have a problem that requests to be looked at and treated so get stale the computer and call for an appointment to see your doc.
dont hoof it until your feet acquire better. if you keep on walking their simply gonna keep on getting worse and they will never get hold of better. take a break. and instead ..SWIM!
phone up the doctor and tell him. consent to him know that you feet are swollen and its firm to walk. he might bequeath you an alternative exercise to do.
Get you a supplement called glyconutrients. I own 2 friends who had swollen feet/ankles/knees and 1 week into taking the stuff did the swelling turn down and 1 month into it is the swelling and the pain associated beside it completely gone. Glyconutrients do help an assortment of physical ailments, including diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension, bone problems-those are just a few. They are an expense that's resourcefully worth it because in the long run will they exterminate a lot of medication and doctor visit.
