It can be a virus, food poisoning., gastro distress of some many different kind. See you doctor ASAP. You do not want to dehydrate and need to find out the motive. After 24 hours it is best to see the doctor.
diarrhea for 3 days? I would've already gone to the doc... , sounds like in attendance is some dehydration with it too cause the dizziness and headaches. if you are not ingestion, that isn't helping the dehydration. try soup or ensure.. got to attain something in your system to comfort stop the sickness.
Sounds very much similar to an intestinal FLU
