If acne is inflammed, will taking ibproufen or another anti-inflammatory relieve?

I don't personally hold bad acne, but I'm basically curious, if one were to break out and become really inflammed, would ibproufen still enjoy the same properties as it does within treating shin splints, cramps etc.? If acne become inflammed generally it is infected.
Ibufroupen etc would not serve.
Tea tree oil would be the best solution.

i don't think ibuprofin would minister to except with possible backache. if acne is inflammed, it usually means it's infected and a trip to the doc is within order.
It might suppress the symptom, but will not cure it. Plus, down the stripe you might get other symptoms from taking over the counter drugs.
it might oblige with the cramp sure but as far as getting the zit to heal faster?? NO

ACNE is a terribly common inflammatory disease of the skin. I have suffered severe acne from the age of 27 and still at my adult go continued with key cysts.
