No..what would it grown on...this is a very serious subject and unless you are a woman you cannot fully infer the sensitivity of this. If my hand be cut off..would a finger grown rear but to my arm...NO. if my arm is cut off would my foot grown back to my shoulder? No. Only finger/toenail and pelt grown back but they are not CUT from the living section..we actually cut bad the dead fragment. No, not if she have a normal mastectomy. If she have reconstruction of the breast, the plastic surgeon can devise something that looks close to a nipple, but it won't feel close to one because the nerves have be severed.
