Sometimes if I am upset or worried about something my stomach drops and when i breathe it merely doesn't feel right similar to as if im breathing to relax(if that makes any sense.)If you are depressed or hold desperate anxiety, do you find yourself breathing harder?
Difficulty/odd breathing can be a sign of a frenzy attack. Panic Attacks are periods of extreme trepidation and distress, and they can be very startling. There onsets are usually incredibly abrupt and they ultimate for about 10 minutes.
Symptoms of a frenzy attack:
Sweating
Shortness of breath
Cheastpain
Dizziness
Lightheartedness
Chocking or Smothering sensation
Hot/Cold flashes
Tingling in feet/ hand
Shaking
Feeling Tired
You may also have a opinion of Depersonalization.
All of this can be very extremely horrific and I recommend that you read some books about this and it might be a flawless idea to contact a doc.
no it doesn't variety sense but if you do have discouraging anxiety you do find yourself breathing harder
you are having an 'anxiety' attack and it can trade name you feel adjectives those things. hope you are under treatment. it help a lot. when you get the impression this way, sit and try to relax and contemplate of things that make you quality safe and safe and sound.
When I have anxiety, I have a feeling like I'm trying to breath next to a tightened corset on, but I haven't noticed if I breath harder. Probably.
