All a high TSH count money is that your thyroid gland isn't producing enough thyroid hormone. It does not indicate thyroid cancer. What would indicate a followup to look for thyroid cancer is if you enjoy large nodules on your thyroid gland that the doctor could discern by examination. Only thing I suggest is hold going to your doctor every 3 to 6 months to have it checked. Blood test will let the doctors know if things are working right. If not next they will do further testing on it.
