The last two days I hold had a mild sore throat and standard fatigue, some facial flushing but no fever and only just feeling adjectives around out of it. I don't feel pretty "sick" yet but more approaching being sick. Any thinking on what I can do to head this past its sell-by date?I ruminate I'm coming down beside something, what if anything can I do to prevent becoming full blown sick?
Take plenty of rest and fluids. Eat lots of 1000mg chewable Vitamin C tablets ( or equivalent). Hot drinks with honey and lemon or hot soup. Your body requirements to rest and fight the bugs. Hope you discern better soon.
Take a multivitamin or just Vit C and/or try echinacea, which help to boost the immune system. Other good remedies are ginger and garlic (you can achieve extracts or capsules - ask surrounded by the health food shop). Good luck!
