no i do not have it but my girlfriend does we've be going out for
4 days and she told me she did ummm thing is she told me she get herpes the one you get contained by the mouth i havnt made out with her but she tell me you can catch it that route or orally but you cant detain it while having sex im still a virgin shes not and i did want my first time near out a condom so im wondering if what she told me is true she does not have genital herpes a short time ago

Eunosgirl is absolutely correct. Don't generate out with her or receive oral sex from her if she is have an out break. You will not get genital herpes from have sex with her if she does not own herpes on her genitals. However, you really need to use a condom. She may enjoy something else and not even know it. You are lucky because you are a virgin and STD free. You really need to be surrounded by the habit of practicing undisruptive sex from the start. It is not worth it.
If she has have Herpes Simplex I, the kind that cause cold sores, you cannot get genital herpes (Herpes Simplex II) by have sex with her. However, Herpes Simplex I can be transmitted to the genitals if she perform oral sex on you while she is shedding virus. Conversely, Herpes Simplex II can be transmitted to the mouth if the person unloading oral sex is shedding virus at the time. Confusing, huh?
I would strongly advise you to use a condom, otherwise you could run out up with an STD unless she have a clean bill of vigour from the health department stating that she is disease free. However, consistent infections such as HIV can take months to show up on a assessment.
