I am always worrying. If I stick my cellphone into my purse and depart the house with my purse, I check it every so habitually to make sure I enjoy my cellphone, even though I know I do. Also, when I eat, (I.E. Skittles) if I chew 10 times on one side of my mouth, I must on the other. If I brush my teeth 20 times on one side, it have to be 20 on the other. I'm only 14, and I simply don't want to be worried constantly. Is this serious?
Thanks in credit.I come up with I own an OCD.. but can anyone confirm that I do?
yea you do have ocd, its alright though alot of ethnic group have it. newly get an apointment near a phsysiatrist and they will give you medication to back you, or you can go to a phsycologist and they will try to sustain you get rid of ocd in need the medication, or you can do both.
I suspect it might be. Best you go see a psychiatrist and/or psychologist to take an assessment asap
Obviously you are school age, settle to your school councillor
ocd process obsessive complusive disored its usally when you fixate over thing theys own to be in a constant order or done contained by a certain path if they arent done a particular opening you get anxiety attacks. its can take serious so talk to someone you can trust close to a parent or teacher polite luck
What do you feel when you don't do those things? Meaning if you don't brush your teeth 20 times on respectively side.do you have an anxiety attack? I don't reflect on you can fully have OCD unless you enjoy the anxiety attacks. I check for things all the time (locking the door, shutting sour the light) but if I don't check those things, I don't have an anxiety attack. I reflect on that's where it might differ.
