I close to going to bed terrifically late(2am)and wake up tardy (9 am),is it undamaging or injurious within viewpoint of body physiology?
If these are becoming regualar hours, your body's rhythym will eventually adust and no harm will go off. Even if you are only doing this on point, such as on weekends, there should be no physiological problems, as the one responder say, as long as you are getting the seep your body wants.
By the way, these are the hours someone working a swing shift would typically sleep.
As long as you gain enough sleep, the timing doesn't much business.
if you feel rested if doesnt event
If you weren't getting enough sleep, it would be a problem.
If you be sleeping during the day, and the street light and noise be disrupting your sleep, it would be a problem.
If you had irregular sleep pattern, such as sleeping those hours one week, sleeping 7 PM to 2 AM the next week, sleeping 10 PM to 5 AM the week following it would be a problem.
But not what you are chitchat about.
ITS BEST TO HAVE A REGULAR SLEEP SCHEDULE FOR YOUR BODY, SLEEPING TO MUCH CAN CREATE LAZINESS ANS HURT YOUR BACK
