Go to google and query for different asthma websites. Also, ask ur doctor for more info on asthma.
goto www.webmd.com and look under asthma,be sure to do everything the doctor say to keep it surrounded by control, control your asthma dont let it control you, ive have it since birth and two of my children also have it (severe asthma for us), seize flu shots and be sure to take vitamins to hold on to your immune system up so you can avoid having attacks, also amount out what your triggers are, ours are seasons change, cold air, perfume, some foods, also sugar substitutes, also getting colds and allergies. good luck and dont forget about any signs you may have because an asthma attack is rushed coming on. and sometimes hard to treat and some medicine they give you to treat it own long term affects on your body(like steriods a adjectives one is predisone, side effects can be weight gain (that take forever to lose) moodiness, severe heartburn) and fatigue and also insomnia)
