I hold these colorless bumps on my Penis(different from what i read)?

They are mostly along the base of my shaft but they are also prevalent hard by the top as well. From what i hold researched using only a hunt engine people right to be heard they are normal but what i enjoy not been competent to find an answer to is that what i squeeze with a fiesta amount of force alittle bit of white comes out. This is not very gooey or solution like as if it is pus but more dry and solid as if it is newly something dried up inside. Like what i have read so far, down does grow out of it but what i was wondering is does that white substance coming out of the bumps suggest it is a disease? If not pus what is it?I am not circumsized. Does this contribute? I have not be sexually active.I hold these colorless bumps on my Penis(different from what i read)?
You may hold a sebaceous cyst, if the white puss comes out like a string and smells similar to cottage cheese.
They are common on an assortment of body parts. The "puss" is probably sebum.
I have a sebaceous cyst to hand my left elbow. They perceive smooth but roll when you touch them.
Have your doctor check it out to be sure, if it is - it's harmless and can be simply removed or vanished alone if it's small.

Your issue really sounds approaching ingrown hairs. You man uncircumcised has zilch to do with it IMO. If you honestly discern that it's more than, then contact your primary safekeeping physician and get it looked at. Good Luck!
