I hold white specs adjectives over my arms and legs what are they? how can i return with rid of them?
They are kind of similar to the opposite of freckles. Really no approach to get rid of them. You may try using lotions near bronzers in them, that might even your skin out some.
If you be tanning... they are from that. I forget what it is. My friend and I both used to tan plentifully and got them. If so they progress away.
