I hear a rumor that the vitamin melatonin cause brain tumors. Is that true ?
Melatonin is a hormone not a vitamin. And it is impossible that it causes brain tumors. Every human on dust has it contained by their brain. Many foods have it. If it did raison d`¨otre cancer, then everyone who ate cherries or ever fell asleep would enjoy a brain tumor.
Goodness, no. Why would it do that? Did they tell you where on earth in the brain specifically the tumors be?
I have hear though, that melatonin helps next to migraines, stress and helps you to sleep. It does not nouns harmful to me.
I own also heard a rumor that drinking too much wet can give a human being cancer... So... Yeah, I don't think you should be worried when it comes to a supplement/vitamin. The source you need it is because of a defficieny, which is matching reason to pinch any vitamin and all the other vitamins don't effect any cancer. So why should melatonin cause cancer if the others don't? Unless near is actual medical research backing this, you should not be too worried.
I would own to think that is to say VERY false. I am a cancer survivor, and my oncologist has me taking melatonin.
