I own swollen lymph nodes on my obverse...how long does it give somebody a lift for them to budge away?

... and, yes, at hand are some on your face, merely below your ear and chin.
If they are swollen for the most common pretext, infection, they should be gone within a week or so.
I enjoy some that never go away and are easier said than done and rubbery feeling. No agreed cause but they are other there.
There are no lymph nodes ON your facade.
