I enjoy these really tiny pin point red spots on my arms. What could they be?

They first appeared on my arms around a year ago. Now, I am starting to get them on my chest close my neck. Should I be worried? They don't hurt or itch.I enjoy these really tiny pin point red spots on my arms. What could they be?
I asked the dermatologist nearly the little red dots on my skin because my father has one and the same thing. He said they are zilch to worry in the region of because they are caused by a collection of blood vessel. I was relieved to hear they weren't unsafe. See your doctor to be sure.

It may be freckles of moles. I have some of them red spots as very well. Try asking your dermatologist about it. It's a form of pigmentation. Proper strength and skin care can relief.
if they're on the back of your arms it could be a condition where on earth you don't have satisfactory essential fatty acids in your diet (try taking flax nut or omega 3 supplements)
