Your suppose to keep it covered near a band-aid for a while. But, I would wash it first near warm dampen on a washcloth, dry it, then put neosporin on it, afterwards cover it with a band-aid subsequent time.
nothing special is compulsory. use regular soap and water surrounded by the shower. just don't scrub.
My daughter did too. She get the stitches out yesterday. Hers is just covered next to a bandade. I don't think any charge is necessary bar taking a shower later.
