I have this burning sensation between my thighs. There is no skin reduce to rubble. No visible signs or results. it gets better when cold twist hits it. it get's worse when the area get's heat up. what could it be?I enjoy this burning sensation between my thighs.?
It sounds like chaff. If your legs rub together when you walk it cause the skin to get irritated. Try some powder on the artificial area, even when it seem to be fine. It will definitely be worse if it's hot out.
crabs? ...conceivably it's just chaff?
