To increase blood circulation: Flexibility is the skill to move joints and muscles through their full extent of motion, which increases blood circulation. Walking is also very well brought-up.
Flexibility includes stretching the calves, quadriceps, triceps, groin muscles, and hamstrings. (do this on a daily basis, several times per day)
Also eating lots of fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken, etc. Try not to devour processed foods (prepackaged tv dinners, things like that), drink lots of fluids.
