I am confused. Are you a writer? If so you could do an autobiography and send it to publishers.
If you want your crust report published in medical journal your doctor would be the one wrighting and publishing it, and only do that if he thought it have value to the wider medical community (i.e. repeatable results).
It depends on what this "miracle" in actuality is. If it's something that is truly extraordinary, you shouldn't hold too many problems getting it published. However, getting work published is NEVER an trouble-free task for a unknown, or even an experienced writer. You basically hold to send your work out to everyone and hope that somebody agrees to pick it up and publish it.
