In nursing, how do you position the client next to meningitis?

Im reviewing for nclex and out of nowhere that question of late popped out of my mind. Does anybody know how you should position the client with meningitis within hospital setting?In nursing, how do you position the client next to meningitis?
If any generalizations bar "position of comfort" would apply: Elevation of the head of the bead to minimize "intellectual edema":An individual with meningitis would feasible have some nuchal rigidity and cervical support may be comforting and allay cervical muscle spasm.
Upper portion elevated a short time on his back.
