In a medical possession what does espl mechanism?
It's not ESPL, it's ESBL. This stands for Extended Spectrum Beta-Lactamase resistant... and it's usually E.coli or K.pneumoniae. Basically, it is an antibiotic resistant organism, resistant to beta lactams (a class of antibiotic). This class includes antibiotics such as penicillins (e.g., amoxicillin), cephalosporins (e.g., cephazolin), carbapenems (e.g., meropenem) and monobactams (e.g., aztreonam).
I have be in healthcare nurture 25+ years and have not hear of this one. Can you give more information?
